The office is open Monday to Friday 8am–5pm and Saturday 8am–1pm; we're closed on Sundays. Deliveries and collections run through those same hours, and the phone — 0113 539 9836 — is answered whenever the office is open.

Within one working day, and usually a good deal quicker during office hours. If it's time-sensitive — a delivery slot for tomorrow, say — ring 0113 539 9836 instead. A two-minute phone call beats an email chain every time.

Often, yes. Next-day delivery is standard across Leeds and Wakefield when you book before 3pm, and same-day is frequently possible if you phone in the morning. We'll tell you honestly on the phone whether we can make it, rather than promise and miss.

Yes. Our published coverage is LS1–LS18, LS25–LS28 and WF1–WF17, but we regularly go further for the right job — larger skips, RoRo containers and commercial work especially. Call with your postcode and you'll get a straight yes or no.

You're welcome to call in at Unit 22b Climax Works, Garnet Road, Leeds LS11 5JY during opening hours — but ring ahead first. It's a working transfer station with lorries and plant moving about, so we'd rather know you're coming.

Three things: your postcode, roughly what the waste is, and where the skip would stand — private driveway or public road. With those we can usually come back with an exact price and a delivery date in a single reply.

Same number, same office. For regular collections, RoRo exchanges or multi-site work, mention it when you call and we'll talk through scheduled exchanges and trade accounts rather than one-off bookings. There's more detail on our commercial page.

Either works. Booking online gives you a live price for your postcode and takes about two minutes. The phone is better for anything unusual — tight access, same-day requests, grab hire, or waste you're not sure we can take.
