Request your collection.

Pop in your booking reference and we'll schedule the pick-up — collections are usually made within 2–3 working days. Your reference is on your confirmation email.

Before you press confirm.

Once a collection is confirmed we schedule it onto a round, so it can't be changed online — ring the office if your plans shift. We'll collect at the earliest opportunity, usually within 2–3 working days. It's worth a quick read of our terms and conditions first — a skip we can't collect safely is a failed collection, and failed collections may be chargeable.

Wondering what happens to the contents? Everything comes back to our Leeds transfer station to be sorted — over 90% is diverted from landfill. There's more on that in our skip contents guide.

Collection details

Four fields and you're done.

Once confirmed, a collection request can't be withdrawn online — if your plans change, call 0113 539 9836 and we'll sort it.

Skip overloading

Skips must be level-loaded and not filled above the top edge. An overloaded skip can't be carried safely or legally, so the driver will have to leave it — and a failed collection may be chargeable.

Extra charges can also apply for prohibited or controlled waste found in the skip — mattresses, carpets, plasterboard, fridges and tyres among them. If in doubt, tell us before we send the lorry.

Think your skip might be overloaded, or want to talk anything through before collection? Call the office — honest answers, no hold music.

Collection, answered.

Can't see yours? Call the office on 0113 539 9836 — someone who knows the answer will pick up.

Collections are usually made within 2–3 working days of your request. We run collection rounds across Leeds and Wakefield daily, so it's often sooner — and if you need it gone on a specific day, call the office on 0113 539 9836 and we'll do our best to schedule it.

Skips must be level-loaded — filled no higher than the top edge. An overloaded skip is illegal for us to carry and the driver will have to leave it, which counts as a failed collection and may be chargeable. If you think yours is over the line, call us before requesting collection and we'll talk you through the options.

No — as long as the skip is accessible, the driver will collect it whether you're in or not. If it's behind a gate, on a drive with a parked car, or anywhere access could be a problem, leave us a note on your booking or call ahead so the driver isn't turned away.

Yes. Seven days' hire is included as standard, and you can extend by the day or week for a small charge. Just ring the office on 0113 539 9836 before your collection is due and we'll move the date in the system — no need to fill in anything.
